• Project deposits are non-refundable. These deposits secure your project's place in our schedule and cover initial setup costs.

3. Project Revisions

• We provide a set number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. We will work diligently to address your feedback within those parameters.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.

4. Project Cancellation

• If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• Any unused portion of the project fee, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Website Hosting and Email Services

• Website hosting and email services are provided on a subscription basis. Refunds for these services are generally not offered for partial months or years of service.
• If there is a service disruption due to our error, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Design File Delivery

• Upon final payment, we will deliver the agreed-upon design files. Refunds are not offered for delivered design files.
