• The client is responsible for ensuring all content provided does not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.

7. Website Hosting and Email

• Hosting and email services are provided as outlined in the project agreement.
• Frugoo is not responsible for any downtime or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
• The client is responsible for adhering to acceptable use policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Frugoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.  

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.
• In the event of termination by the client, any work completed will be invoiced, and any non-refundable deposits will be retained.

10. Amendments

• Frugoo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be posted onour website.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
